Construction of civil and infrastructure services for the proposed mixed development project in Lusaka’s Twinpalm area covering 1 100 hectares in Zambia. The upmarket project will be undertaken by Zambia Air Force and Sun Share Group under a public private partnership (PPP) model and is estimated at US$1.4 billion. The project will comprise a five-star hotel, 3 000 high-class villas and shopping mall.
