About this development
Construction of a hotel as part of Kingdom Kampala a mixed-use development in the heart of Kampala, Uganda. The 14-acre site is located on Nile Avenue, Yusuf Lule Road and Dewinton Road, just to the north-east of kampala CBD. The development will create an attractive, well-planned mixed-use precinct to compliment the surrounding commercial node which include Garden City, Nakumat Oasis Mall and the head offices of a number of international companies. The site has excellent visibility and access which will be further improved by planned road upgrades. The development is to be constructed over 3 phases. Phase 1 will be the Kingdom Kampala shopping centre, a hotel and offices. Phase 2 will be construction of the residential apartments and Phase 3 will be either residential or offices, depending on the need.
