About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for King City which will be a sustainable, mixed-use, mixed-income development to be sited on 2,000 acres (1,000 ha) on the outskirts of the twin cities of Sekondi-Takoradi, the administrative and commercial capitals of Western Ghana. This development is to have homes, shops, offices, industries and public places. Some 25,000 new homes will be built in a contemporary urban setting. A vast 1.5 million m² of floor space is dedicated to retail, offices, industry and commerce. Over 30% of King City is allocated for green space.
