Construction of the Centre of Excellence in Biomedical Engineering and e-Health in Kigali, Rwanda. The works comprise of construction of a 6 storey structure (G+5) with a lower ground level that has a total floor area of approximately 5 300m². A raft foundation, reinforced concrete framed structure with concrete flat roof and metal roof over the conference, pre-cast concrete screen façade, aluminium shop fronts and partitions, concrete masonry and dry wall partitions, sealed cement screed floors and porcelain tiles in selected areas, a plaster and paint wall and ceiling finishes in most areas, complete with all associated external / landscape works and electrical, plumbing and mechanical installations. The project value is US$2 billion.
