Construction of the Kgoro Central West component of the 200 000m² mixed use development known as Kgoro Central which is bordered by Fifth Street, Rivonia Road and West Street in Sandton, Gauteng. Kgoro West comprises of residential and retail components. The residential portion is 20 000m² and 9 storeys high. The retail portion is 1000m². This development will be done in phases. Phase 1 is Kgoro West, which consists of 304 residential apartments with 3 levels of parking directly under the residences together with retail on the podium level. The public square will be built with West Block.
