Kgoro Rivonia comprises of a retail, residential and office component. The retail portion is 3400m², the residential portion is 5100m² and the office is 18 500m². This development will be done in phases. Phase 2 is Kgoro Rivonia which consists of 2 levels of retail, 1 level of commercial, A hotel, Serviced apartments linked to the hotel and the Jewel building.
