About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for a light industrial and logistics precinct, to be known as Keystone Park. The development is proposed to create sites for logistics warehousing, and light industrial use, supported by a small commercial component. With excellent N3 access, Keystone Park will provide 115 hectares of light (clean) industrial and logistics land in a modern, landscaped and well-designed precinct. The site is located within the boundary of the eThekwini Metro area, in KwaZulu-Natal, immediately south east of the MR385 (M50/Mthoko Mkhize Highway) to Hammarsdale immediately south west of the MR385/N3 interchange. The site comprises of Portion 7 (of 1) of Farm Bartlett No 16387; Remainder of Portion 1 of Farm Bartlett, No 16387 and Portion 420 (of 1) of the Farm Sterkspruit No 907. Central co-ordinates for the site are 29° 45’ 58”S and 30° 39’ 44”S.
