About this development
Rehabilitation and construction of Cata pipelines & chambers to irrigation units 2 – 5 for the Keiskammahoek Pipeline Rehabilitation Project. Phase 2A in the Eastern Cape. Construction of approximately 3km of steel and PVC bulk pipelines, ranging in diameter from DN300 to DN500 to supply bulk raw water to irrigation units 2 to unit 5, including the construction of new chambers and shutdowns /tie-ins to existing irrigation pipework and cathodic protection of the new steel pipelines. The GPS marker has been placed at the start of the new pipeline, 32°40'27.6"S 27°08'45.6"E.
