About this development
Construction of apartments, approximately 80 in total as part of a new Satellite city, known as Kawe Satellite City (Kawe 711 Apartments) in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania. The development, once completed will become the busiest in the city, hosting at least 50 000 people. The proposed Kawe City will comprise the following facilities, built over several phases, Residential houses, luxury villas, townhouses and apartments, offices and shopping malls, medical centre, education institutions, convention and conference facilities and ample parking spaces. Project value : US$2.2 billion.
