Upgrading to bituminous standard of approximately 88.37kms of the Katunda (M9 Junction) - Lukula - Watopa - M8 (D792/557) road, Western Province of Zambia. The scope of work will include among other things: 1. Clearing and grubbing 2. Construction of selected road embankment layers 3. Construction of gravel sub-base 4. Construction of general stabilised gravel base 5. Construction of graded crush stone base 6. Construction of 19/9.5 mm double seal surface dressing 7. Laying of 40mm hot mix asphalt 8. Road markings and traffic signs 9. Provision of guard rails and other ancillary works 10. Installation of drainage structures.
