About this development
Upgrading of Kassier Road Phase 1A and 1B in Hillcrest within the outer west region of the eThekwini Municipality, KwaZulu-Natal. This is a brownfield project which involves the upgrading of an existing provincial main road from a 2 lane carriageway to a 4 lane divided carriageway over a length of approximately 3.7km. The works include road widening, traffic accommodation, earthworks, new road layer works, rehabilitation of existing layer works, two major road bridge structures, a pedestrian bridge, retaining walls, storm-water drainage, relocation of existing services and the provision of new services. CIDB 9CE. The exact co-ordinates are currently not available however the approximate area of location is 29°46'49.1"S 30°44'58.7"E
