Construction of the Karongi Lakeside Resort in the centre of Karongi City, near the business centre and opposite the Museum of the Environment, Rwanda. Project cost is estimated at US$30 million. Project plan includes: a deluxe resort with about 60 - 100 rooms at an upscale 4 or 5-star hotel.
