Construction of the retail component as part of the development of the Kariba Integrated Resort in Kariba in the Zambezi Valley in Zimbabwe by Devedzo, a Zimbabwe property developer. The resort will include a 36 hole championship golf course, hotels, convention centre, casino, shopping mall, integrated commercial district and luxury condominium time-share units. This resort is to be built on a +/- 2370 ha piece of serviced land in Kariba. Estimated project value : US$400 million.
