The total development area is 1513 ha, consisting of: PV 1442 ha, 3 BESS Sites 43ha in total, 3 on site substations 14 ha in total, and permanent auxiliary structures (buildings, lay-down areas and access roads) 14 ha in total. The exact GPS co-ordinates are 30°18'30.0"S 24°19'30.0"E.
