Alterations and additions to existing building called Jorissen Place situated at Erf 5238, 66 Jorissen Street, Johannesburg, Gauteng. This project involves the ground floor additions of retail and fast food outlets along with alterations to the existing Clicks outlet on the premises. Structural steel framing with aluminum shopfronts and brickwork divisions form the basis of the construction approach. With the exception of municipal sewer, new services will be provided for all additions. The refurbishment and alterations of the existing tenant area, will for the most part, tie in with existing services. The existing concrete colonnade along with other external features will be demolished as part of the contract
