About this development
Construction of the new In-2 Food production facility on the northern precinct of part of the remainder of portion 282 of farm Witkoppie, no 64-IR Bonaero Park, Kempton Park, Gauteng. The 22 7000m2 warehouse is located in the OR Tambo Special Economic Zone in Bonaero Drive. The proposed site will incude sustainable waste management processes, four boreholes, water recyling and storage, 8 000m2 of solar panels which should generate 25% of the energy requirement, and natural gas which is utilised to run boilers, staff kitchens and ablution geyers. Estimated value is R134 665 000
