Construction of a hotel for the Jin Fei smart city in Riche Terre, Mauritius. The JinFei Five Star Apartment Hotel will include 198 keys and will be managed by the Maritim group which already operates two establishments in Mauritius. It will be called 'Maritim Jin Fei Hotel & Apartments' and will open in 2022. The 'Maritim Jin Fei Hotel & Apartments' will consist of 16 floors. The 198 keys will include 79 hotel rooms in each tower, as well as presidential suites on the 15th floor of each. The two towers will also include 45 apartments for sale. The 'Maritim Jin Fei Hotel & Apartments' will also have two restaurants (a 'buffet restaurant' with 120 covers and a Chinese 'à la carte' restaurant with 66 seats.
