Jimei Balaclava Development, Mauritius - Infrastructure

Construction of civil and infrastructure works for the proposed 200 villas, shopping area, clubhouse and spa in Balaclava, Mauritius. Phase 1. The first phase of development will entail the construction of the entrance boulevard to the main roundabout, the internal roads and the development of 36 villas within the eastern precinct. Water, sewer and other utilities will be developed during the first phase of the project.oPhase 2. The second phase of the project will include the development of 119 villas located on the northern and western precinct and all associated landscaping works. Phase 3. The construction of the common facilities and the development of 45 villas to the south of the site will start in the third phase of project.
