Construction of the infrastructure and services for a residential housing complex on a site 6 kms from the Kigali CBD in Rwanda.The development is to consist of 300 housing units in a housing complex with blocks of up to 4 floors. The developments will have 1, 2 and 3 bedrooms apartment built in different blocks in G+3 levels, a convenient store, a kindergarten, a waste treatment and ample parking space. The apartments will be built in 4 phases.Each unit in the complex with enjoy good-quality finishes and will have access to recreational facilities, bore-hole water supply to supplement the municipal water supply and 24 hour security.
