About this development
Izotsha Toll Plaza Expansions. The project entails the addition of one toll lane at each side of the Izotsha Toll plazas, full toll islands, high security booths, approach/exit road widening, replacing the existing steel canopies with a concrete canopy over the entire lane area of each toll plaza and an upgrading of street lighting as well as street cabling. The site is an existing road servitude and lies along the R61 South Coast Toll Road. The toll plazas are located on either side of the highway heading towards Port Shepstone from the Northbound and towards Shelly Beach and Izotsha from the Southbound carriageway, KwaZulu-Natal.
