Itezhi Tezhi Power Station, Zambia

The development of the Itezhi-Tezhi power station project will generate an additional 120 MW of power to meet rising demand from copper mining and domestic consumption, in Zambia. The project should be commissioned by June 2015 after the completion of contracts covering infrastructure, the power plant itself and electromechanical works.
