Western Cluster (WCL) is a Liberia based ultimate subsidiary of Sesa Goa Limited (SGL), a Vedanta Group company, of India engaged in developing Liberia's three iron ore deposits namely Bea, Bomi and Mano River located in the country's western region into a large intergrated Iron ore project in Liberia, West Africa. The company was expected to develop the project in two phases and fully commission it by 2016-17 with an annual production of 30 million tonnes.
