Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed International Finance Centre. The proposed IFC would be located opposite Sandton City on Rivonia and 5th Avenue in Sandton, Gauteng. The mixed-use development will have two towers estimated at 60 and 42 floors respectively and will house offices, residential apartments, a shopping mall and a hotel. Estimated value of the entire development is approximately R4.5 billion.
