Integrated Rapid Transport System (IRT) - Phase 1B and N2 Freeway Services

Construction of Public Transport Infrastructure, for the Integrated Rapid Transit System: Phase 1B, in Cape Town, in the Western Cape. The intention of Phase 1B is to address the services between the following areas: Montague Gardens, Century City, Summer Greens, Edgemead, Richwood, Maitland and Salt River Rail Stations. This will include the development of the IRT Phase N2 Express of the MyCiti Project. The proposed N2 Express service will provide express connections between Mitchells Plain/Khayelitsha and the Cape Town CBD using the N2 freeway, in the Western Cape. Contract Value: R80 000 000.00.
