About this development

Repair, maintain and manage the infrastructure on the Farm Thwane for a period of 36 months. The John Taolo Gaetsewe District Municipality is the owner of the farm Thwane, 30km south east of Vanzylsrus, in the Northern Cape. The farm is 6808 hectares and fully game fenced. The Eskom power and water from Kalahari East pipeline are available. There are farmhouse and slaughter facilities with a broken cold room. There are 4 (four) dams but only 1 (one) holds water and others are leaking. The troughs, dams and pipeline must be fixed. The farm consists of 83 blesbuck, 350 bluewildbeest, 105 elands, 280 gemsbuck, 42 ostrich, 91 red hartebeest. 75 springbuck and 25 zebras.
