About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the Calderon Country Village, situated adjacent to the historic Meerlust wine farm, in the Somerset West/Stellenbosch area, Western Cape. This village has been designed to echo farm-style living. The development will consist of just over 400 plots that range between 250sqm (row houses) and 1000sqm, the average freestanding erf is about 500sqm in size. The development will include what will be known as the Kelder Lifestyle Centre, it includes a communal swimming pool, gym, entertainment amenities, tennis courts as well as the Kelder Private Wine Cellar, a safe haven for exclusive wines to be stored and the Garagiste home wine-making facility.
