About this development
Construction of an Information Technology Park on a portion of the Farm A/17 in Phocweni, Swaziland. This Park is going to be built over several phases. Phase 1 will involve the earthworks and infrastructure. The whole project will be a four-storey building sitting on a total area of 10 000 square metres. Approximately 70 hectares will be developed and fenced off to form the premises for the Information Technology Park. Construction of the IT Park is aimed at providing diverse opportunities for the country’s population to develop specialised skills in the area of science and information technology. Project value : E150 million.
