About this development
Construction of electricity transmission infrastructure, which will include extension of the Incandu substation site outside of Eskoms existing servitude extent, on the 400kV side and extension of the 400kV terrace and the installation of a 3rd 400/132kV 315MVA transformer at the Incandu substation. The Incandu substation is 120m east of the Amajuba residential area, Amatikulu Avenue, and 450m west of the railway line that runs east of Newcastle, KwaZulu-Natal.
