About this development
Construction of infrastructure and services for the development of an industrial warehousing park in Centurion, which will comprise modern infrastructure in a secure, park-like environment. Buildings will be customised to client requirements. Landscaped boulevards with an emphasis on water-wise indigenous planting in the new development will create a tranquil atmosphere and the perimeter will be fenced with full-height electric fencing and monitoring equipment. This will be developed in 3 phases. The site is strategically located on the N1 highway, with access off the Old Pretoria Road and close proximity to Pretoria, Johannesburg and airports, in Gauteng.
