About this development
Construction of the Impala Rustenburg solar photovoltaic facility and associated infrastructure on portion 114 of the Farm Goedgedacht 114JQ near Rustenburg, North West. The solar facility will have an initial capacity of 140MW that will be increased to 350MW in subsequent phases. The purpose is to generate electricity for the exclusive use of Impala Rustenburg Platinum Mine. The GPS coordinates have been placed on the farm portion 25°29'31.5"S 27°13'11.8"E
