Illovo Precinct - Hotel and Conference Facilities

Building and construction of a 5-star Hotel, 100 to 120 rooms with restaurant and conference facilities for a mixed use development to be known as the Illovo Precinct. The Illovo Precinct consists of erfs 9, 10, 11, 12, 55, 56, 57 and 58 to the north as well as the existing Johannesburg Water Illovo Reservoir and Tower (erfs 13, 14, 53 and 54). These erfs are situated at 42, 44, 46 and 48 Melville Road, 34 and 36 Ferguson Road and 43, 45, 47 and 49 Fricker Road in Illovo, Gauteng. The precinct borders onto the "Illovo Edge" Precinct to the south (erfs 15 and 16). The precinct will have various components including office and commercial, hotel and conferencing, residential 1, residential 3 and retail.
