Ilha do Cabo (Parcela 1) in the Bay of Luanda - Services and Infrastructure

Construction of the services and infrastructure for a private development at Ilha do Cabo (Parcela 1) along the Marginal, in the Bay of Luanda in Angola. The proposed development will be constructed on land which is to be reclaimed through the dredging process. The development will be self-sufficient in terms of services. Income from these developments will subsidize the construction of the public infrastructure services for the Marginal. Infrastructure work will include: Construction of access and internal roadways; off-street parking; sewage treatment plants; irrigation system; fire-fighting system; water-treatment and storage facilities; provision of water and sewerage reticulation; electrical reticulation; street lighting; provision by way of sleeve installations for gas and telecommunication reticulation systems. Estimated project value: $2,5 billion. The first phase of the project is expected to cost $120 million.
