Ilha do Cabo (Parcela 1) in the Bay of Luanda - Building

Construction of a private development at Ilha do Cabo (Parcela 1) along the Marginal, in the Bay of Luanda in Angola. The proposed development will be constructed on land which is to be reclaimed through the dredging process. The development will be self-sufficient in terms of services. Income from these developments will subsidize the construction of the public infrastructure services for the Marginal. Estimated project value: $2.5 billion. The first phase of the project is expected to cost $120 million.
