IFC Offices, Accra

The IFC is planning to construct a new Country Office in Accra, Ghana. This new 5 storey building comprises one basement, ground floor and three upper floors with a total construction area of approximately 7 900m² and external works area of 3 150m². The works will include structural frame, envelope, all mechanical and electrical services, the complete fit-out of the office space including interior finishes, furniture, fittings and equipment, a complete ICT infrastructure, external works and landscaping.
