Construction of the new head office for Hyundai Automotive South Africa (HASA) on erven 2785 to 2800, Bedfordview Extension 548, in Gauteng. The building will include a basement parking area of approximately 2 349m² and a ground floor and first floor covering 3 720m², equating to a total building surface of about 6 000m². The site will feature a landscaped garden, rest rooms and kitchens on each floor, a canteen and outside terrace, change rooms equipped with showers and lockers, as well as a vehicle showroom. The building aims to have a four-star-accredited green rating. The estimated value of building contract is R40 million.
