About this development

Building of a five-star luxury hotel worth nearly R1-billion at the Oubaai Golf Resort in Herold's Bay near George. The hotel will form part of the Oubaai Golf and Lifestyle Centre. The Hotel, will consist of 100 spacious five star guest rooms and suites, a regency club, All day dining, pool and pool bar, specialty pub, exclusive Spa, as well as a conference centre. The hotel will also include a 200-seat convention centre, health spa and shopping complex. The group has invested more than R650 million in the project and will have spent R920 million by the time the hotel and retail complex is completed.
