About this development
Construction of services and infrastructure for the proposed development on Hutton Farm, which will consist of the establishment of light industrial, warehousing, logistics and mixed use activities. The site on which the proposed activity is to take place covers an area of approximately 160 hectares. It is estimated that approximately 100ha of the total area will be used for this development. Four Portions of the farms Vaalkop and Dadelfontein are covered by the proposed development: Vaalkop and Dadelfontein No. 885 Portion 0 (Remainder), 57, 73, and 171. The property is located on the northern side of the P338 (uMlaas Road), approximately 3km from the junction between the P338 and the R603 (uMbumbulu Road). This project is located within a portion of Ward 2 of the Msunduzi Local Municipality which falls in the Umgungundlovu District Municipality, in KwaZulu-Natal.
