Construction of a high speed proving ground (HSPG) for Mercedes Benz South Africa (Pty) Ltd (MBSA) research and development team on property Steenkamps Pan, Farm 419/06 in the //Khara Hais Municipality, approximately 38 km north east of Upington in the Northern Cape. The building area will include the following: workshop with offices, Tyre storage, fuel station, power supply, Waste collection area, water reservoir, conservancy tank, wash bay, parking area, and communication system.
