Hotel Expansion, Botswana

Alterations and extension of an existing hotel and consolidation of plots 6745 and 6746 along the old Matsiloje Road in Francistown, Botswana. The scope of work is as follows: A) Renovation, alteration and refurbishment of an existing two storey building referred to as block A comprised of approximately 1 118m² built up area currently operating as a hotel. B) Construction of a new three storey block of approximately 2 014m² built up area referred to as Block B abutting Block A. This block has been partially constructed with the structural frame, brickwork, plaster, electrical works and some mechanical installations at various stages of completion while roofing is completed. Some of the executed works has defects that will require rectification prior to executing new works; C) Construction of an external building comprising a gate house, a maintenance shed and a refuse shed; D) Construction of a parking lot for approximately 45 parking bays; E) Supply and installation of approximately 21.7m³ portable water storage tank and an 800kva standby power generating plant.
