The hotel building will have 30 storeys made up of 93 apartments with a total of 132 hotel rooms while the annex will have 17 storeys. There will also be a conference room, restaurants, a sky bar on the 24th floor with a terrace, two pools (one indoor and one outdoor), and a large fitness center.
