Construction of two hotels with a total of 350 rooms for a mixed-use development, to be known as Freedom Plaza, in Windhoek, Namibia. The 80 000m² development includes four premium-grade office towers, a six star boutique African Pride Hotel, a four star hotel for Arabella Starwood Group, three trendy residential apartment blocks and a convenient retail component. This will be underpinned by a three level super basement, which will provide secure parking. Project value: R 2 billion.
