The modernization and enlargement of the existing Cardoso Hotel. It is proposed to modernize the existing hotel and add 5-star accommodation consisting of a large conference centre, underground parking and serviced facilities, serviced apartments, additional bedrooms, a Business Centre, a Casino and a link to the adjacent Jardim dos Professores, which is also being upgraded with facilities for the local community and tourists. The existing hotel is a 6 storey, 130 Bedroom, 4-star hotel built in a modern style. The Hotel Cardoso is located on the hill of Maputo City with a magnificent outlook over the Maputo bay in Mozambique. It occupies a rectangular site of approximately 13,000m² area. Access is via Avenida Dos Da Mueda.
