Hostel Decommissioning and Access Road Upgrade for Assmang Manganese Cato Ridge Works

Hostel decommissioning and access road upgrade for Assmang Manganese Cato Ridge Works, KwaZulu-Natal. The hostel decommissioning will include the closure of the hostel and demolishing of the buildings and the rehabilitation of the hostel area, approximately 1,5ha in extent. Upgrading of access roads to the works to improve vehicle and pedestrian safety will include upgrading of the existing access road off Eddie Hagan Drive to the entrance of the works, approximately 0.5km in length. Construction of additional parking areas and construction of a new separate access road for heavy vehicles from the R103 to the works, approximately 1km in length.
