Construction of a new regional Hospital for The Grace. The development consists of 727 hectares comprising of various elements, i.e. Graceland, 50ha, The Grace Eco-Estate, 420ha, The Grace Mall, 100ha and Gracewood & Commercial, 90ha. Various commercial activities will include a new regional Hospital. The site on portions 8, 10, 30, 31 and 32 of the Farm Nooitgedacht 176- IR, is located to the south of the R577 Road, east of the Drumblade Agricultural Holdings and north of Joan Road and the Blue Saddle Ranches, Midvaal, in Gauteng. The hospital forms part of the Gauteng Highlands Development.
