About this development
Construction of two tall, identical twin towers, which will be located on the main beach road in Maputo in Mozambique. The development will consist of 187-key residential tower and approximately 20 900m² 21-storey office tower. This 74 000m² mixed-use development is located adjacent to the existing Radisson Blu Hotel on the Maputo foreshore. The project comprises a three storey podium level of parking, incorporating 3 500m² of retail, a 20 000m² (18 storey) tower of serviced apartments and a 24 000m² (14 storey) commercial office tower. The development of the one, two and three bedroom apartments will include facilities such as swimming pools and restaurants, and will be available for rent to companies who need to accommodate executive teams, engineers and staff. The top two floors of the apartments will be transformed into luxury penthouse units with spectacular views of the Indian Ocean.
