Construction of a new modular home care plant in Boksburg, Gauteng, adjacent to Unilever's main distribution centre. The new factory, which will host new high speed packing lines, will produce popular brands like Omo, Skip, Handy Andy, Domestos, Comfort and Sunlight as well as some other products. Innovative and green technologies will be installed to improve service levels to retail customers and create a low-energy, zero-waste and environmentally efficient plant. Value R800 million.
