The scope of works includes: Construction of a new main building, new heli pad, new allied service buildings, additional theatre ablution, alterations to the existing TB ward for a temporary pharmacy, upgrades to the OPD, accident and emergency unit, relocation of existing park homes, relocation of staff to new OPD building, remedial work, relocation of physiotherapy staff and equipment, and refurbishment to existing audiology department.
