The Rwenzori Project would involve the expansion of lime mining at Hima, Kasese district in Uganda where the raw material will be processed into semi-finished product (clinker), which will then be transported to Namanve for grinding into Cement. The grinding will be done at hima. The new plant will be within the global environmental standards for stack emissions.
