Construction of the office component for the US$145 million Hilton Hotel, office and retail complex along Samora Machel Avenue in Eastlea, Harare in Zimbabwe. The development which as been touted as the Melrose Arch of Zimbabwe comes with a 12-storey, 200 bed hotel which is expected to cost US$57 million. Three office complexes at a cost of US$38 million, a retail component at US$7.6 million and basement parking US$11 million.
