Construction of a US$145 million Hilton Hotel, Office and Retail Complex along Samora Machel Avenue in Eastlea, Harare in Zimbabwe. The development which as been touted as the Melrose Arch of Zimbabwe comes with a 12-storey, 200 bed hotel which is expected to cost US$57 million. three office complexes at a cost of US$38 million, a retail component at US$7.6 million and basement parking US$11 million. This is for the Hotel Component . The hotel will be a 12-storey, five-star complex that would have 275 guest rooms, a 6000 conference centre and a basement car park that could hold up to 1000 vehicles.
